Flour Sieving Unit UPM-1.5-04 for Separating and Aerating Flour

Flour sifting unit UPM-1,5-04 is made on the basis of flour sifter Sh2-KHMV and is designed to mechanise the process of separation of flour from foreign objects, as well as for loosening and aeration of flour during unloading from bags. The unit is used as part of transport systems for mechanical transport of flour on the basis of flexible augers TS-90 and TS-125. It can also be adapted to transport systems of Sh2-KHMZh type.

a magnetic metallic impurities catcher with rare-earth magnets with a service life of at least 12 years is installed. After 12 years, a maximum of 10 per cent of the magnets can deteriorate their magnetic properties without affecting the performance of the product as a whole.
