Four-Section Vinifier AEMP Series for Efficient Fermentation and Storage

The vinifier is designed for fermentation (vinification/fermentation) as well as storage of liquid food products. The product is a cylindrical vessel consisting of 4 insulated sections, insulated with insulation and covered with stainless steel sheet AISI316, each of which has a heat-exchange jacket of coil type. The product is installed on a concrete base by means of supports with anchors. The inner surface of the product is matt, welded seams are cleaned flush with the base metal, etched and passivated; the outer surface is ground, welded seams are cleaned, etched and passivated. The tank is made to order, technical characteristics are specified in the technical task, drawings and specification.
