Description

Haphnium (IV) oxide for thin layer optics, TU 2611-037-48591565-2014 is a white-grey to light yellow tablet of size: diameter 12-25 mm and height 5-15 mm, with density 6.5-9.7 g/cm3. Reacts with acids H2SO4, HF, insoluble in water. Chemical formula HfO2.

Recommended evaporation temperature is 2300-2500 C. Purpose and scope of application: as a starting material for manufacturing thin-layer optical coatings by thermal and electron-beam evaporation in vacuum. Product packing is carried out according to GOST 3885.
