High-Pressure Cylinder Upgrade Kit for PT-60 Steam Turbine - Enhance Efficiency

The modernisation project provides for replacement of turbine units and parts operating at high temperatures and exhausted their service life (CFD with installation of a new cylinder on the existing foundation, stop valve, CFD control valves, as well as front bearing and middle bearing blocks with the corresponding foundation frames). The flowing part of the CVD is made with a one-stage regulating stage and has seventeen stages. Overband seals are axial.

Diaphragm seals are labyrinth seals. Screw springs are used in the end and diaphragm seals of the CVD. The rotor of the VD is one-piece forged.
