The transceiver of CAN interface with nSHDN output are used for high-speed diff.data transmission in accordance with ISO 11898-2 standard and for organisation of half-duplex communication channel with maximum data transmission speed up to 1 Mbit/s.Power supply voltage from 4,5 to 5,5 V; Transmitter outputs protection±40V from short circuit and overheating.Fast diph. receiver with a range of input common-phase voltage from -10 to 10 V; 3 modes of operation: "Normal", max. data rate up to 1 Mbit / s; "Control the rate of rise / fall of the output diph.
