Horizontal Technological Vessel - Type T, Model Vyevetrivatel for Efficient Processing Solutions

The ventilator is a horizontal apparatus with an inner diameter of 2400 mm and a length of the cylindrical part of 7100 mm. The tank is equipped with process connections, connections for connection of instrumentation and control equipment, hatches for inspection and repair. The tank is transported in horizontal position.

To protect the tank from overpressure there is a system of safety valves (working and reserve). Technical maintenance of the tank consists in periodical revision and cleaning of internal elements with simultaneous cleaning of internal cavities from mechanical impurities and deposits, checking of sealing rings and gaskets, condition of threaded joints. Before steaming of the tank body all control and measuring equipment should be switched off or dismantled to avoid damage by high temperature.

The tank is subjected to external and internal inspection at least once in 2 years and to test pressure tests in accordance with the test schedule.
