Meter of hydrological parameters "Vector-3" is a modern hydrological instrument, produced in various modifications, based on the needs of Customer. It is designed to measure the speed and direction of currents, hydrostatic pressure, temperature and electrical conductivity of water (depending on modification) in seas and freshwater bodies of water at depths from 1 to 1000 m. water bodies at depths from 1 to 1000 metres.

The main purpose is to be used as a part of buoy stations with long long periods of autonomous operation, including and in the open sea, as well as for carrying out hydrological measurements on lakes, rivers, seas, ports, etc. In addition, it is possible to combine several gauges into a single measuring system for profiling at shallow depths. The meter works equally in the near-bottom zone with relatively low current velocities and in the upper wave zone zone, performing digital vector averaging.
