Induction Electric Stove ICG9 - 2 PRO+ for Professional Cooking

The electric induction cooker ICG9 - 2 PRO+ is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in functional containers specially designed for induction cookers (boiling, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. The cooker is equipped with a cooking thermometer with probe. The induction hob has a control system on the front panel of the hob.

It has 2 burners, each with a power consumption of 3.5 kW. The size of the working surface (glass-ceramic) 380x380mm. The thickness of the working surface is 6 mm.

Levels of manual power regulation from 1 to 9. Temperature regulation levels 40÷240. Permissible maximum distributed load on the burner 40kg.

Number of grease filters-2pcs. It has a function of checking the suitability of the cookware used. Use cookware specially designed for induction hobs, which has a bottom base with a diameter of at least 12 cm and at most 26 cm.

The hob module is mounted on a stand.
