Inhibitor Injection System for Hydrate Prevention SRPI - Enhance Gas Operation Efficiency

The system of regulated supply of inhibitor SRPI is designed for distribution and dosing of hydrate formation inhibitor to input points - gas wells, plumes, gas pipelines, shut-off and control equipment subject to hydrate formation, regardless of pressure fluctuations in input and output pipelines. The working medium for SPRI is liquid inhibitors such as methanol, glycols and their mixtures. Maximum pressure of working medium up to 50 MPa, number of inhibitor input channels up to 8 pcs, flow rate of each channel from 0,03 to 1 m3/h.

Service life before decommissioning 40 years, resource before decommissioning 320000 h. Warranty period of operation 24 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 36 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer. The system of regulated inhibitor supply is hermetically sealed in relation to the environment; if the operating and maintenance rules are observed, it does not create any danger for the environment.
