Inkomsystem TPU Piston Tube Calibration Unit for Accurate Liquid Measurement

Incomsystem TPU (TPU) are designed to store and transfer units of volume and volumetric flow rate of flowing liquid. The principle of TPU operation consists in repeated displacement of a known volume of liquid from a calibrated section of the TPU. The number of pulses accumulated during the ball piston passing the calibrated section corresponds to the volume of the calibrated section of the TPU. According to the type of piston return, TPUs are unidirectional, stationary and mobile. The TPU may include pressure, temperature and flow transducers. TPUs contain explosion-proof assemblies and can be operated in hazardous areas of classes 1 and 2 according to GOST IEC 60079-10-1-2011 of explosive mixtures categories IIA, IIB and IIC according to GOST R IEC 60079-20-1-2011
