The integrated circuit is designed for use as part of single-phase electricity metering devices, includes three channels of analogue-digital conversion of current and voltage, performs their statistical processing and transfer of results to the main calculator of the metering device. The microcircuit is based on 23-bit sigma-delta ADC of the second order and provides calculation of active and reactive power for two channels simultaneously, calculation of active and reactive energy, simultaneous calculation of RMS values of current and voltage, calculation of frequency in the voltage channel, formation of interrupts by events, accounting of calibration corrections, control of voltage output beyond specified levels (dips, peak values). Data can be transferred via the SPI bus using direct memory access, as well as stored in the signal buffer.
