IOL-35 Insulator for Secure Electrical Connections in High Voltage Applications

Support insulators IOL-35 are designed for rigid fastening of live parts in electrical apparatus, switchgear, which are under voltage, to the main part of the structure and isolation of live parts from grounded elements. Insulators are used in electrical installations for voltage class up to 35 kV inclusive. Climatic version "UHL", placement category 2 according to GOST 15150.

IOL-35 insulators with letter "D" are designed to work together with a voltage indication device. Thanks to the capacitive divider built into the housing, the device allows to receive data on the presence of voltage on the connecting current-carrying element. The corresponding light signal is reflected on the voltage display unit.

To connect the voltage sensor with the voltage indication unit, there is a threaded contact M4 or M6 (customer's choice) located in the base of the insulator.
