KB 141 Vacuum Electric Thermo-Installation for Effective De-gassing

Vacuum electrothermal unit of chamber type KB 141M2 with automatic system of technological process regulation is designed for degassing of cured fibreglass plastic in vacuum at temperature up to 130C. Products are moved into the unit manually on a special roll-out trolley with rollers on a rail track. The equipment consists of the following units: heating chamber, power transformer, vacuum system, water cooling system, process control cabinet.

The heating chamber is a cylindrical housing made of stainless steel 12?18?10? with two lids adjustable in two planes, in which the heating block with heaters and screen heat insulation is installed. The case and covers are made with double walls and are cooled by running water.

One regulating and two controlling thermocouples are provided for temperature measurement and regulation.
