The device is designed for preparation of a homogeneous mixture of flour and water in viscometric tubes for further analysis on the falling number instrument.The principle of operation of the shaker is based on cyclic uniform repetitive up-down movements of two viscometric tubes with the sample. The movement of the tubes is carried out alternately.
