Low-Power Half-Duplex Transceiver GM485 (MIK485) for Reliable Communication

GM485 (MIK485) (485K crystal) is a low power half duplex transceiver from a single +5.0V supply voltage source that complies with RS-485 and RS-422 standard. BiCMOS technology achieves low power operation without sacrificing performance. The GM485 meets RS-485 and RS-422 protocol requirements up to 5Mbps under load. ESD tolerance of more than ±15kV for the human body model and air discharge method (IEC6100-4-2) on this device. The GM485 is available in standard SOP8 packages.
