Manual Parts Cleaning Machine AМ1200 RM for Effective Part Maintenance

The AM1200 PM manual parts cleaning unit is a closed case with a viewing window, illumination of the working area and a foot-operated solution supply system. Manual cleaning of parts allows for maximum quality treatment of surfaces with complex geometry and blind holes. The foot pedal control simplifies the operator's work and saves energy, as the pump is only used when necessary.

The PM series automatic flushing unit is designed for use with slightly alkaline solutions. The solution is heated by means of tubular electric heaters (TENS) made of stainless steel. The temperature and duration of the cleaning cycle is set on the control panel.

The solution is delivered to the part through a special gun at a pressure of 9 bar. Before flowing back into the tank, the solution passes through a coarse filter, which protects the pump from further failure.
