Measuring and Rewinding Machine Model B02.26 for Fiberglass and Carbon Fabrics

Machine measuring and rejecting model B02.26 is designed for rewinding of glass fabrics, technical fabrics, carbon fabrics from a roll wound on a cardboard spool with an inner diameter of 76 mm into a roll wound on a cardboard spool with an inner diameter of 76 mm, quality control and metre measurement. The machine provides rewinding of materials from bale to bale with diameter up to 600 mm and weight up to 150 kg with tension adjustment from 5 kgf to 10 kgf. The machine is equipped as standard with an edge levelling system, electronic programmable metre counter, forward and reverse stroke with twisting into a bale, viewing screen with LED backlighting, bale end sensor, pneumatic pinch axis for working with a bobbin with an inner diameter of 76 mm for a winding bale and pneumatic pinch axis for working with a bobbin with an inner diameter of 76 mm for an unwinding bale.
