Mechanized Grain Unloader for Trucks ABC - Efficient Bulk Material Unloading

Automobile unloader ABC is designed for mechanised unloading of grain and other bulk materials through open side boards from single vehicles with trailers without their unhitching and tractors with semi-trailers. Load-carrying capacity of ABC unloaders is from 50 to 100 tonnes. The length of the platform for motor transport is from 17.92 to 23.45 metres.

Maximum angle of inclination of the platform - 36 degrees. Platform lifting time - 11 seconds, platform lowering time - 8 seconds. The truck loader includes: platform, supports, motor-reducers, transmission shafts, brake, limit switches and control panel.

The peculiarity of the ABC truck unloader design is high reliability and minimum time of installation works for commissioning of the object.
