Metal Fume Extraction Cabinets - SHVU Series for Laboratory Safety

Fume cupboard with sloping screen. The screen is triplex with a counterbalance system. Counterweights are located in the side walls of the cabinet.

The screen lifting height is 670 mm. Exhaust chamber - cold-rolled sheet metal, painted with epoxy-polyester powder paint. Air extraction in the chamber from 2 zones (heavy and light gases).

At the base of the cabinet is a welded (collapsible) reinforced frame made of 60x30 mm rectangular profile pipe. It can be equipped with a suspended cabinet as an option. The cabinet is equipped with a 200 mm diameter flange for connection to the exhaust system.

Height with raised screen 2500 mm. On the back of the extraction hood there is a junction box with the help of which the power supply is connected to the cabinet. The working surface of the chamber is illuminated by means of a LED luminaire placed in a dust and moisture resistant housing complying with protection class IP 65.

The luminaire is located in the upper part of the fume hood out of the influence of aggressive media.
