Metal Waste Containers for Efficient Waste Management - 0.75 m³

General description

All 0.75 m³ MSW containers are manufactured from ST-3 steel with a thickness from 1.5 mm to 3 mm. In reinforced containers the maximum thickness of steel sheets is used. The waste bin has a one-piece rigid construction and is welded with a continuous seam.

The following steps are used to strengthen the structure and extend its service life:

framing of the upper edge of the container with hot-rolled equal-shelf angle (mainly 25 × 25 × 3 mm); reinforcement of the stiffeners with the same 150 mm long angle; the bottom of the container is welded with the angle all round the perimeter; double-sided powder coating, which provides long-lasting durability, resistance to sharp temperature changes, ultraviolet radiation and aggressive action of rubbish waste. Containers can also be equipped with holes in the bottom for drainage.
