Description

Milk cooler (hereinafter referred to as cooler), is designed for intensive cooling of milk and short-term storage of milk at reduced temperature at dairy farms and milk receiving stations. The milk cooler consists of a tank with evaporator, hatch, motor-reducer, electric cabinet with control panel and automatic washing, as well as compressor-condenser unit. The nominal tank capacity determines the chiller model The design of the chiller determines its type. Model M3-15000 is a closed type chiller of horizontal design. A distinctive feature of the milk cooler model M3-15000 is the use of patented slotted evaporator, which provides a significant safety margin for high pressure, which is formed when working in the evaporator refrigerant.
