Multi-Functional Belt Sander SG2-100 for Versatile Applications

The SG2-100 multifunctional belt grinding machine is equipped with a rich set of tools already in the basic set. This model is designed to work with endless grinding belts with a length of 1830x100 mm. The machine is equipped with the following modules in the basic configuration: a 245x100 mm clamping platform with a 300x150 mm work table, a 250x100 mm contact wheel, a module for pipe radius selection with a set of rollers 21, 27, 34, 42, 48, 60 mm and a vise for pipe clamping. The machine performs the following types of grinding: flat grinding, wire grinding, radius grinding, coarse grinding, finish grinding, mirror polishing. The entire line of SG2 series machines is characterised by quick and easy change of working tools and grinding belt, as well as a wide range of accessories for a variety of tasks.
