Description

Hardware-software complex "Vokord--Traffic R" is a multifunctional intelligent traffic control system for recognition of car number plates and photo-video fixation of traffic violations. The complex is designed for remote measurement of vehicle speed, time of vehicle fixation and its position. The complex fixes state registration marks, collects data on vehicles: their speed, direction of movement, date and time of passing through the control zone of the complex, fixes traffic violations.
