MVS-195 Medium-Hard Roller Mill with Dynamic Separator for Coal

The medium speed roller mill MVS-195 with dynamic separator is designed for grinding of hard coal to dusty state. The mill is installed at thermal power plants and is designed for continuous operation under pressure in the dust preparation system of the thermal power plant. The mill consists of the following main components: foundation frames, covers, housing, failure hopper, nozzle ring, middle part, dynamic separator, reducer, grinding table, grinding table seal, grinding rolls, hydraulic equipment, electrical equipment.

Grinding coal is fed to the rotating grinding table of the mill through the side pipe of the separator. The grinding table is driven by the electric motor of the main drive through an elastic coupling and a reducer. The feed material is ground in the mill between the rotating horizontal grinding table and the rollers.

The grinding process is mainly crushing.
