Oil-Water Separator with Sand Trap Block for Effective Water Treatment

AvestPlast's oil tank is designed for cleaning water (sewage, rain, melt and technical) from areas, such as car parks or petrol stations, where there is a high probability of contamination by oil products. The treatment system with oil separators is a flow-through system, accordingly, free oils and medium stable emulsions are mechanically separated from other substances in the process of wastewater flow through the catchers. It is important to choose oil-oil separator according to its capacity, as it depends on the volume of waste water contaminated with oil products.

The flotation method is used to clean the wastewater in the oil/oil separator. Special coalescent modules facilitate and accelerate this process. At the request of the customer, the skimmer can be equipped with an additional compartment - sand separator for settling of sand and sludge suspension.
