Branch clamps with simultaneous tightening of main and branch bolts

NILED's hermetically sealed branch clamps are tested in accordance with CENELEC EN 50483 and meet the technical requirements of Rosseti. The clamps are designed for installation and operation at low temperatures (installation from -20°C, operation from -60°C). The clamps are tested for corrosion resistance in a salt fog chamber and a sulfuric gas chamber. The piercing teeth of the contact plates of NILED clamps have a pyramidal shape, thus achieving fast electrical contact and reliable sealing of the clamps.

The design of NILED tap clamps ensures minimum loss of mechanical strength of phase and neutral conductors.

Notes For the connection of trunk cores it is also possible to use a clamp with separate tightening of bolts P 151+BI with cross-section 35-150 6-95 mm2 (copper or aluminium).
