Packing Machine for Sachets - Inpak-Sache for Versatile Packaging Solutions

The complex is designed for packing and packaging of any small, loose and dusty products: granules, coffee, tea, nuts, dragees, soup mixes, powders, as well as tea filter bags and filter bags of pyramidal shape. Bulk products: dragees, sugar, coffee are packed in three-seam polypropylene-based sachets from 20 to 50 microns.

For dosing of packaged products of the packer "Inpak-Sashe" the doser MDV-42 mini is used - weight dosing module with 4 streams and 2 cascades, designed for packing of small weight portion - from 0,5 to 100 gr. For dosing of dusty products the screw doser MDSH-1 is used. Screw is a rod with a screw surface. Screw diameter is selected depending on the required mass, accuracy and productivity.

The metering unit is selected according to the bulk density of the product. The basic set includes a photometric sensor for packing products in films with a pattern.
