Panel Evaporator for Refrigerants, Model IP-48P for Industrial Cooling Applications

The evaporator is designed for cooling water and other liquids used further in technological processes at food industry enterprises (dairy, brewery, poultry, meat, fish processing plants), chemical industry. The main area of application is cooling water to temperatures close to +0°C without the risk of evaporator defrosting. In special cases, direct cooling of such liquids as juice, wine, beer, milk and contaminated water is possible.

Film evaporators are "open" type units with high heat transfer coefficient and small refrigerant capacity. The cooling module is a construction with vertically mounted stainless steel heat exchanger panels and a distribution tank. The water from the distribution tank flows evenly over the surface of the heat exchanger panels in the form of a thin film into the storage tank below.

This cools the water down to temperatures close to 0 oC without the risk of defrosting....
