Perforated tray LP-P3-600/400 The presence of holes for better heat distribution
Baking sheet (pastry sheet) is used in hot and pastry shops in combi steamers, roasting cabinets and rotary ovens. Baking sheet LP-600/400 is made of food grade A5 aluminium. The sides are plated, which gives the sheet additional rigidity. It does not require additional coating for operation. The baking sheet can be used indoors and outdoors in conditions of regulated temperature and humidity, at the same time, direct impact of atmospheric precipitation must be excluded.
3 sides and 4 sides bent at 45 degrees Metal thickness - 1,5 mm
