The rotary vane vacuum pump NVR-0,1D is designed for pumping out of hermetic vessels of air and non-aggressive to the working fluid and materials of construction explosion and fire safe non-toxic gases, vapours and vapour-gas mixtures, pre-cleaned from dripping moisture, and mechanical contaminants, with oxygen content not more than in air (21 % by volume) under normal conditions, from atmospheric pressure to residual pressure limit, with pressure in the outlet section not exceeding atmospheric pressure by more than 9.3 kPa (70 mmHg).mHg). Pump out vapour-gas mixtures only when the gas-ballast device is open. When pumping water vapour and vapour-gas mixtures it is recommended to install traps - sumps (one on the inlet and outlet sides) to collect condensate that may form in the pipelines.
