Knee module with pneumatic damper with separate adjustment of flexion and extension resistance is designed for patients with unilateral or bilateral femoral amputation at any level other than knee dislocation, recommended for patients with moderate activity level. Adaptable to varying walking pace in an extended range of walking speeds from slow to accelerated without changing the initial adjustments. The polycentric design provides increased safety in the support phase and geometric shortening in the transfer phase, increasing the distance to the support surface when the prosthesis is carried above ground, increasing the patient's confidence in the prosthesis as a whole.
