Modules of buoyancy from polyethylene for construction of floating objects are made of low-pressure polyethylene by the method of ectrusion-blow moulding. The presence of stiffening ribs and additional grooves on the side surfaces of the module, provides tight adjoining of structures for redistribution of loads and stress relief from lugs, which allows to use structures assembled from buoyancy modules on water areas with waves up to 5-6 points. The upper part of the module has an anti-slip pattern.
The lower part of the module has notches to provide wave damping. Each module has a sealed drain plug to regulate the ballasting of the module. The modules are not affected by sea water, oil products, aggressive chemicals and retain their properties in the range of operating temperatures from - 60?
to +70?, which allows the use of structures in any climatic zones.
