Description
The cell is intended for construction of power converters such as:
-frequency converters;
-rectifiers;
-inverters;
-PWM regulators (DC/DC converters).
The cell combines and provides control of three semiconductor assemblies (modules), consisting of two IGBT transistors and two diodes, connected according to the scheme "half-bridge", overall dimensions 1526217 with maximum voltage up to 1700 V and rated current up to 600 A.
