Description
The board provides stabilised +15V supply of control circuits (on the regulator board) and protection circuits. The protection circuits provide source shutdown when the IGBT module current exceeds Imax, when the source input voltage drops below 30V, when the cooler temperature exceeds 80°C. The board is installed in the control unit of the on-board power supply source DIP-01K (hereinafter referred to as "source") DZHTI.435251.001-01. The board is a printed circuit board.
