The power supply and switching unit BPC-14-1 together with synchronous generator GS112-0,37-150-1000 are part of the power supply and switching system SEPK-14-1, which is designed for autonomous power supply of the electronic part of automatic control systems of electronic blocks of PD-14 engine and part of executive electric mechanisms, as the main power supply source with reserve from the on-board power supply system.
