Power Supply for Vibration Hopper - Ideal for Material Feeding Applications

The power supply unit is designed to power a vibratory hopper feeding material in powder form for explosive thermal evaporation in a vacuum. Explosive evaporation is the evaporation of alloys and compounds, including multi-component ones with widely differing component pressures. In this case, the stoichiometry of the initial material is preserved in the sputtered layer due to the powder feeding on the superheated surface, due to which each grain is vaporised at once, ensuring the transfer of material to the substrate in the original ratio of components.
