Power Supply with Backup Battery Support BPA for Reliable Operation

BPA power supply unit - Battery-backed power supply unit with rated output voltage of 12(24)V DC, rated load current of 3 (4,3) A, DC line voltage of 1630V and 134Wh battery capacity, for power supply of lighting, signalling, mine automation devices installed on motor vehicles. BPA consists of a case (box with a lid, material - polyester), inside of which there is a hardware compartment. At the bottom of the hardware compartment, a lithium-iron-phosphate accumulator battery is fixed inside, functional and protection boards are placed, the hardware compartment is completely filled with compound to protect live parts from water ingress. Connection to the BPA is made via Wieland connectors (socket of the block part of the output connector and plug of the block part of the input connector). The cable parts of the connector are included in the delivery set of the BPA.
