Seal transformers TS (RG) are manufactured using RESIN GLASS FIBER (RGF) technology, which is based on the use of electrical insulation system in combination with a filler - reinforcing material based on electrical glass. The high-voltage insulation consists of a composite material with a coefficient of linear expansion approximately equal to the coefficient of linear expansion of copper. This property allows the transformer to be used under extreme conditions, such as switching the transformer to rated load at low ambient temperature. The transformers' magnetic conductor is made of cold-rolled anisotropic steel with reduced specific losses, which leads, in general, to a reduction in the average annual costs of the company during the entire life of the product. The low-voltage windings are made of copper tape, and prepreg based on Nomex calandised paper from DuPont, which is a world leader.... is used as the winding insulation in the windings.
