Professional Abdominal and Back Trainer BF-135.1 for Core Strengthening

Purpose: training of abs and back extensors. Exercises: bending the torso forwards (working out the abs), bending the torso backwards (working out the back muscles). Category S: professional.

Main supporting structure: profile pipe 60x60x3 mm, 80x40x3 mm. Painted with powder paint. Stack: 21 plates weighing 5kg each with plastic bushings for silent movement.

The load is changed by a selector on a flexible cord with magnetic closer. 6 mm thick PVC braided cable with a breaking force of 800 kg. The cable fixation allows changing its length and tension.

The thrust rollers are made of polyurethane foam (PPU). Seat: base - 12-15 mm thick plywood, filler - shrink-free polyethylene of secondary foaming, thickness 40 mm, density 140-160 units, lining - high quality vinyl-skin. The supports have rubber feet.

The simulator does not require fixing to the floor. Equipped with the necessary information signs.
