The machine for surfacing in shielded gas environment is equipped with forced cooling system of welding tool and curved water-cooled torch. The electrode oscillation mechanism allows to increase the cladding width up to 60 mm. The coordinate fixture allows to set the parts for cladding by three coordinates (inclination angle, x- and y-axis position).

The control system of the unit is based on an industrial controller, which allows the operator to set the surfacing parameters (vibration magnitude, vibration speed, number of revolutions of the faceplate, etc.) on the touch panel of the control panel.
