Description
Designed for determination of prothrombin time (PT) in venous blood plasma and calculation of prothrombin ratio (PR), prothrombin index (PI) and International Normalised Ratio (INR), as well as for determination of prothrombin by Quick in % of normal.MIC=1.0-1.3. For work on all types of semi-automatic and automatic coagulometers, as well as manual method. Set contents: Thromboplastin (2.5 ml/fl.) - 10 vials.
Additional reagents: P-9, P-9/1: 0.025 M calcium chloride solution 5 ml (P-9) or 10 ml (P-9/1).
