PTT Type Curd Press Trolleys for Mechanical Pressing Applications

Press trolleys for cottage cheese of PTT brand are designed for mechanical pressing of cottage cheese to the required moisture content. Press trolleys are made of stainless steel. They are equipped with a mechanical press, a mesh insert, a tap for whey drainage.

PTT press trolleys are widely used as part of sets of equipment for curd production in the traditional way. The curd is cooled by moving (trolley on wheels) trolley into the cooling chamber. In the preparation of curd mass in the production of curd glazed cheesecakes replace bulky baropresses.
