Quarter-turn actuator EPM-(80-350) for valve control and automation

The four-turn actuator EPM-(80-350) is designed to move (rotate) the working body of the ship's shut-off pipeline valves in accordance with the command signals of the control device. Rated torque (Mnom) on the output shaft is from 80 to 350 N-m (specific value of this range is specified by the customer in the order). Starting torque on the output shaft at rated supply voltage not less than 1.7Mnom.

Maximum torque (Mmax) on the output shaft at actuation of the microswitch of the torque limiting device when the electric motor is in operation - 1,5Mnom±10%. Time of rotation (full stroke) of the output shaft to the working angle - 5...30 s. Voltage of power supply and control signals - 27 V ±10% DC.
