R65 Switch Point Type 1/11 for Efficient Train Routing on Concrete Sleepers

Designed for the transfer of rolling stock from one track to another. It is used on the main tracks in railway lines with mixed cargo-passenger train traffic and speeds of passenger trains on the straight track up to 140 km/hour. Design features: transfers: separate fastening, elastic bar terminals Skl or terminals of PC type, pads with flanges, with subsequent welding of rail joints in the track by aluminium-thermite method; switches: flexible shackles with welded rail ends, elastic U-shaped spring terminals, welded pads with cushions; crossbars: prefabricated with rail whiskers and cast core of high manganese steel with welded rail ends; counter-rail of SP850 angle.
