Thermos hopper RD-925 on the chassis and in the body of the dump truck KAMAZ 65115, type 686204, modification 65115-A5, designed to mechanise the process of work production during patching and overhaul of roads, waterproofing of bridges and overpasses, pavement construction from cast asphalt concrete mixtures and thermoplastic materials, including reception of ready mix at the manufacturing plant, delivery to the place of work, mixing, bunker heating, preparation, regeneration and delivery of asphalt to the road section prepared for repair.
The equipment is designed to receive, heat, transport and dispense cast asphalt. It is produced with the volume from 2,5m3 to 4,5m3. It is equipped with flare heaters with power from 25 to 45 kW. It is equipped with a device for automatic maintenance of the mixture temperature. It has a reversible agitator with blades. In the front part on the hopper frame there is a hydraulic station consisting of KOM, hydraulic pump, hydraulic tank, fuel tank.
