The boat is designed for emergency rescue operations and to perform the following operations:
transportation of oil, or oil product spill response equipment (hereinafter referred to as OSR) in coastal sea, river and lake search and rescue areas, in the water areas of bays, gulfs, sea and river ports;
localisation of the spread of spilled oil products by means of booms and oil collection orders;
liquidation of oil or oil products spills by collecting them in floating tanks and further towing the tanks to the place of reception by coastal or floating stations;
searching and lifting floating objects and people from the water.
The fulfilment of these tasks is carried out in accordance with the vessel's navigation area, weather conditions and technical capabilities of the equipment installed on the vessel.
