The equipment for performing reverse hyperextension was developed by the famous powerlifter Louis Simmons. Loaded with training or Olympic discs, the Profijim is designed to strengthen the lower back and abs. It guarantees effective and injury-free muscle training.

It can also be used for rehabilitation purposes.The Reverse Hyperextension can be moved from one position to another by turning and locking the upper part with a movable lever. To train the back muscles, the support backrest is brought to a horizontal position, then the athlete must perform leg lifts while lying on the stomach.
