Rust Removal Machine for Square and Rectangular Pipes SGPS-100 - Ideal for Surface Cleaning

The SGPS-100 machine is designed for cleaning the outer surfaces of rectangular and square pipes from rust from 4 sides in 1 pass. Processing is carried out with metal brushes. The cross-section of the treated pipes is from 10 to 100 mm.

Depending on the selected technology, the machine provides cleaning degree SA-2 or SA-2-1/2 according to GOST 9.402-80 (ISO 8501-1). The number of passes may vary depending on the initial contamination of the workpiece and the desired result. The machine bed is made of thick-walled profile pipe, the main units are made of 10 mm thick sheet steel, the cladding is made of 3 and 1.5 mm sheet steel.

The cladding covers the working area from all sides, which ensures maximum dust protection of the surrounding area. A large viewing window is provided to monitor the machining and the fit of the brush units. The machine has outlets for connection of an aspiration unit (recommended aspiration capacity - 3000 m3/h).
