SGU-150 Grinding Machine for Metal Surface Finishing and Treatment

Machine SGU-150 for grinding metal surfaces, cleaning welds, finishing and other similar works. The tool used is an endless abrasive belt mounted between the drive and tension rollers on the upper console. The belt size is 8000x150 mm. The work table of 2400x800 mm with electromechanical height adjustment allows processing of large structures. During the working process, the operator presses the moving abrasive belt against the workpiece with a lever iron/roller and, if necessary, moves the iron/roller and/or the work table horizontally. The length of the belt allows the machine to be used for industrial purposes, for heavy duty applications, the abrasive on the belt has time to cool down, lasts longer and does not overheat the workpiece.
