Description
Equipment is a necessary element of braggorektifikatsionnaya installation BRU. It is intended for steaming of mass, thermohydraulic processing of kneading. Heating steam is supplied through a perforated pipe. Mixture passes through the annular space and is treated with steam from both sides. The heated mass flows into the cooking column. The body of the contact head of the sharp steam is made of stainless steel or carbon steel.
